Curating / Events - Food is Food is Not Food - The Gopher Hole
As part of the 2011 Gwangju Design Biennale, The Gopher Hole hosted an experimental banquet where no traditional eating utensils were provided. Instead diners used syringes, petri dishes and tree branches, and imbibed water and wine through plastic tubing. The performance was designed by Caroline Hobkinson and the food by Blanch & Shock.
